Dixie-16

German Shepherd Dog - Adult - Female
Adoptable Large Spayed/NeuteredUp-to-date with routine shotsSpecial Needs

Dixie is looking for her forever home. Dixie is special needs due to her horrific past life that no dog should have to endure. Her new owner must be around alot of the time and have a lot of patience. Dixie is afraid of a lot of things. We are looking for someone to slowly let her experience new situations without rushing or forcing her. We rescued her from a shelter where she was picked up as a stray, 2 days later had a litter of pups, then 2 days later the shelter amputated her front leg citing nerve damage. No wonder she is afraid of new situations. She gets along fine on 3 legs.
